PALM DESERT MID-CENTURY

With completion expected in early 2026, this project scope involves a complete gut renovation and remodel of a mid-century modern home in Palm Desert, transforming a small, poorly lit mid-century ranch into a spacious, vibrant new home. The renovation will encompass three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a newly designed kitchen, all-new finishes, and a new roof and ADU. Our design approach honors the iconic mid-century aesthetics, blending clean lines, open spaces, and a playful, colorful twist to create a contemporary, yet timeless atmosphere. We are excited to partner with Shields Residential, to bring this project to life.
